After 14 years at the heart of BetterBounce, Paige officially steps up as Managing Director in 2026.

Her deep knowledge of the business, close relationships with customers, and hands-on understanding of every aspect of inflatable production make her the perfect person to guide the company forward.

While Paige takes the lead on strategy and growth, Samantha continues to be the driving force behind manufacturing and quality control.

As PIPA Tester, Trainer, and Technical & Finance Director, Samantha combines technical expertise with an unmatched eye for detail — ensuring that every inflatable leaving our factory meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance.

Her leadership across the workshop, testing, and training departments ensures BetterBounce continues to set the benchmark for build quality, compliance, and consistency.

After decades of dedication, innovation, and relentless hard work, our current director, Lee is taking some well-earned time to travel during the first quarter of 2026 - before stepping into retirement later this year.

His influence, craftsmanship, and passion built the foundation that BetterBounce stands on today. As many of you already know, we have been implementing systems, processes and streamlining to a more corporate structure as Lee has been handing over the reigns for the better over the last 18 months and only visiting us once per week.

While Lee may be stepping back from the day-to-day, his legacy will always be at the core of what we do — every design, every detail, and every inflatable still reflects his original vision for excellence.

As Lee moves into retirement, the next generation of the Scott family is beginning to leave its mark on BetterBounce. Lee and Samantha’s children have joined the business part-time while continuing their education, bringing fresh creativity, digital insight, and a modern perspective to the company.
