Over the past 25 years, we have gained an enormous wealth of knowledge of how both ourselves and other manufacturers produce bouncy castles and inflatables making us the perfect choice for both minor & major repair work. Our bouncy castle repair facility is based at our lead factory in Leeds, Just a few minutes off the M62 & M1. We believe we are the only company in the UK who has a full time machinist dedicated solely to repairs and testing of inflatables.
We understand that even 1 inflatable out of action is not good for business and can hit your pocket to provide a fast turnaround for both testing and repairs. We also advice getting your small repairs in early before they lead to big ones. This often saves additional expense and almost certainly extends the life of your product.
We perform hundreds & hundreds or repairs a year but as you will know each and every repair is ever so slightly different and varies depending on the original manufacturer and the particular construction method they have chosen.
Below is a general guide to our repair prices based on the average of ALL our repair bills in the past 12 months, However, if you contact us directly, we will be able to give you a fixed price over the phone so don't worry. We'll always ensure you know where you stand before we agree to carry out any work.

Please Note; All inflatables arriving for repair & tests must be delivered in a Dry, Hygienic & Satisfactory condition. Failure to adhere will result in cleaning or drying charges. All repairs must be presented back to us in an acceptable condition to be worked on. We will not accept inflatables that are wet, dirty, soiled, wrapped up larger than expected, damaged or likely to cause damage to other products in the factory. Deliveries of this nature will be rejected. Likewise should goods be left in our possession for longer than 1 week in such a poor state, the gods will be placed into storage at the rate of £10 per day. The goods will be disposed of once the storage fees reach the residual value of the inflatable and no compensation will be offered as a result.
Please also bear in mind that when carrying out repairs they will never ever go back to the way in which they were. Sewing over existing PVC is not possible and as such we have to sew narrower and around the damaged areas, This gives unpredictable results and inevitably the inflatable will get smaller and smaller and curve, distort and lift in certain areas where it didn't. Please consider this before allowing us to carry out the works.
