At BetterBounce, customizing products to meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers has been a source of pride for us for nearly three decades. Our in-house design and manufacturing processes ensure that every aspect of the customization process is under our complete control, from design to final production.
We utilize state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software and cutting-edge PVC CNC machines, capable of cutting designs with accuracy down to the 100th of a millimeter, while maintaining the highest standards of safety in accordance with the European standard EN14960 or its equivalent. This standard represents a benchmark in the inflatable industry and our commitment to its guidelines reflects our dedication to producing the safest and highest quality products possible. Can I change or provide my own artwork?
At Betterbounce, we take great pride in customising products to the highest standards available. All of the products displayed on our website are manufactured in-house and we have access to some of the most advanced commercial printers in the world. Our team of talented designers can substitute any artwork themes or styles to meet your requirements.
If your organization is capable of creating the artwork in-house, we will provide you with a 1:1 scaled artwork file in an Adobe Illustrator CS6 format template, allowing your design team to work inside of it. However, it is important to ensure that the completed artwork file is returned in the same format in which it was sent, to ensure a smooth printing process.
In the event that your organization does not possess the required skills, our team is able to carry out the artwork customisation on your behalf. For designs that only require basic substitution of images readily available on the internet, there is usually no charge. However, if the artwork requires physical creation of images from scratch or a vector file to be created, this will be outsourced to our trusted design company on retainer, and a small fee may apply. Their services and rates are excellent and offer ultimate reliability.
Alternatively you can simply select from a large range of already existing themes that we have on file which is usually free of charge to customise your product with.

Can I change the colours?
Yes, all out of stock inflatables can be manufactured to order and can be customised in a whole range of colours of your choice and providing colours are substituted like for like there would be no extra charges. The following colours are part of our standard colour range thats usually kept in stock. We pride ourselves on being self sufficient and keeping the largest materials stock in the UK allowing for a fast turnaround where possible.
Should any of these colours not be suitable. We are able to obtain colours outside of this spectrum but sadly in the PVC coating world, achieving a specific pan tone is not possible and batch production must be done on a minimum order quantity.
Can I change the sizes?
Yes of course. The size of all inflatables can be amended to suit your exact requirements, Our design team would be only too happy to help discuss your amendment requirements from the smallest or briefs to the grandest of projects. We are able to adjust the height of a product to fit indoors, Elongate the product to gain extra user numbers or redesign the entire footprint to fit the inflatable into a smaller or larger space for example, yet still operating within the boundaries of EN14960 and EN71 where required.
Please bear in mind that even the smallest of changes would require a slight redesigns, Re nest, list and re programme of our CNC machines which does inevitable take a tad longer than simple artwork or colour substitution and can in some cases extend the lead time.
How long will my custom inflatable take to be manufactured?
While we strive to maintain one of the largest inventory levels in Europe, it is not feasible to carry all possible product, artwork, and color combinations as the total number exceeds 52 million. As a result, our factory is consistently busy producing non-standard and customized equipment every day. Our products are so easily customizable that forecasting stock levels is a challenging task.

The Better Bounce brand is widely recognized in the industry for its expertise in technical design and its ability to custom-design bespoke inflatables with the use of cutting-edge technology.
Each product starts out as a simple drawing or model provided by the client or designed by one of our in-house designers. We then create a sketch to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of the design. After the sketch is agreed upon, we move on to the schematic stage.
At this stage, one of our designers will produce a technical drawing of the product using design software, similar to building plans provided by an architect. This will give the client a clear visual representation of the product's scale and proportion, and it will also provide us with important information such as size, weight, artwork requirements, and an accurate quote for the project.
Once the drawings have been refined to meet your needs, we will finalize the quotation. Up until this stage, the design work will not have cost you a penny, but some highly detailed projects may incur a design fee, depending on the level of work involved.
Assuming that we have agreed to move forward with the project, a deposit will be paid and the price we agreed upon will remain the same, regardless of the actual cost. We guarantee not to inflate our prices and will bear the cost of any unexpected issues.
