Our repair facility is located at our lead factory in Leeds, just a few minutes off the M62 and M1. We are proud to have a full-time machinist dedicated solely to repairs and testing of inflatables, a service that is unmatched in the UK

Remember, a picture speaks a thousand words and is the most accurate way we can provide a quote and no quote can be 100% accurate without the inflatable laid in front of us, However we won't spend your hard earned money without speaking to you 1st. The following list has been compiled as a rough example of what we charge, when we charge it and why. Its a brilliant guide but ultimately the size, weight,manufacturer, Manufacture style and construction technique will cause large variations to the price:

- Detailed bed repair - From £99
- Piece replacement (small) - From £69
- Piece replacement (large) - From £99
- Bed panel replacement - From £169
- Full bed & bed edge stitch - From £199
- Full bed, bed edge & step stitch - From £249
- Full bed & bed edge, step, spiky tab, wall tabs, tower stitch & new anchors - From £299
- Wall tab repair, either 1,2,3 or 4 tabs included in price - From £69 (minimum charge)
- Roof Replacement - £POA (Depends very much on style & manufacturer)
- Anchor point replacement - £20 each (minimum charge applies)
- Glued patches - £20 each (minimum charge applies)
- Existing name & number on step removal & replace with blank colour matched material - £69
- Existing step front removal & replace with your own company details - £79
- Minimum repair charge is £69 & webbed beds may be extra.
- Please note; Email estimates with photographs are free of charge, However we also charge anything from £69 per inflatable for on site inspections and repair estimates.
Please Note; All inflatables arriving for repair and testing must be delivered in a dry, hygienic, and satisfactory condition. Failure to adhere will result in cleaning or drying charges which start from £69. The inflatables must be presented in an acceptable condition for repair. We do not accept wet, dirty, soiled, wrapped up larger than expected, damaged, or potentially damaging inflatables. Any deliveries of this nature will be rejected. Additionally, goods left in our possession for longer than one week in poor condition will be charged storage fees of £10 per day. If the storage fees reach the residual value of the inflatable, the goods will be disposed of, and no compensation will be offered.
Please bear in mind that when carrying out repairs, the inflatables will not go back to their original state. Sewing over existing PVC is not possible, so we have to sew narrower and around the damaged areas, which can cause unpredictable results. The inflatable will become smaller and smaller and may curve, distort, and lift in certain areas where it didn't before. Please take this into consideration before allowing us to carry out repairs
Please Note: As of 01.04.2013, All inflatables presented for repair or testing will be retrofitted with a Betterbounce tag as pictured below, regardless of who the original manufacturer was. The tag will allow both ourselves and other organisations track the status of the inflatable and its compliance with EN14960. These tags will also be retrofitted to inflatable games falling outside of the scope of EN14960 for ease of transition, as and when they are included in the standard.

To streamline the testing process and offer you a more comprehensive service, we now have our very own in-house PIPA inspector. This dedicated professional will be available every Friday to conduct thorough inspections of your inflatables. Our Inspector is Samantha smith who is available for testing offsite nationwide.
