Warranty. The warranty is 3 years on the Honda engine and 1 year as standard and maybe extended by Stephill on completion of extended warranty card. In the event of an issue Stephill will deal with the warranty direct. We have no authorisation to deal with warranties so please bare this in mind when making a purchase.

Please take professional advice when using this product on a generator as this will significantly increase the chances of damage if not done correctly. Any advice given by ourselves is generic and not specific to your generator or generator set up. Please contact the manufacturer direct or consult a generator expert.

Before You Buy – MUST READ

• Please be sure this is the generator you require as the return cost is £213.00.
• £69 for the carriage used originally to send the goods to you.
• £69 to get this back
• £75 for technical team to fully test & re-shelve. Additional charges may apply if liquids need attention, ie fuel and oil.
• Items that are returned due to being damaged or faulty do not apply for the return fee.

Delivery – MUST READ

• This product will incur a delivery charge if being transported to a UK non-mainland address or Scottish Highlands.
• You must be in to accept delivery or Stephill will charge the recipient another carriage fee.
• Next day delivery do not apply to Stephill Generators.
• Usually these can be delivered within 2-3 working days.
• The delivery time may vary due to location or size of generator ordered.

All generators require oil and professional setup and will be shipped completely dry of liquids.

All generators stock is held offsite and will require compulsory £69 shipping.
