Before we started manufacturing we were (& still are) one of the UK's largest hire companies. We own and operate www.fun-bounce.co.uk and were tired and fed up of everyone trying to cut corners or compromise on service etc so we took our experience in the industry and invested hundreds of thousands into manufacturing our own inflatables for reliability and in the process we took over another manufacturing company who had been trading for 25 years. We then injected lots of modern technology and moved forward in-house with everything we do.
When we develop a product, we send it out into our hire company for 12 months and redevelop it over and over again until we have it right. we also design in a CAD programme and illustrations are done in-house to within a 100th of a millimeter and have so much buying power we only use the best products we can for maximum reliability plus as a hirer ourselves, we are available every day/ night of the week to answer questions and help you out. We also have every piece of paperwork associated with hire you could ever need. Risk Assessments, Hire agreements, Method statements, Disclaimers, Pat documents and everything else you may need to help get you those extra bookings.
If you are wanting to come see the factory then that would be the best step, we have a completely open factory policy and you can come any time to see the inflatables been cut out, printed, assembled and inspected all in one place.

All our products now come with the following EXTRAS as standard (please bear this in mind when comparing our prices with others)
- Free - Large concealed zip opening underneath the inflatable for quick deflation.
- Free - Sewn in blower tube strap to prevent accidental deflation.
- Free - Quad stitched bed and Quad stitched stress points.
- Free - Customise your own inflatable... Substitute any colours free of charge.
- Free - Sewn-in rain cover on all bouncy castles where stated.
Stock Levels & Lead times?

I'm afraid we only carry a bare minimum of stock throughout the year due to high demand.
Everything we make is just so easily customisable that predicting stock is almost an impossible task.
We can customise anything from colours, artwork, materials, branding, configuration and scale any product to any size which makes most customers want to hold of from stock and give it there own personalised and unique twist.
The drawback is inevitably a long lead time which is currently sitting as follows:
- Accessories: 1 to 2 days
- Artworks: 1 to 2 weeks
- Soft Play equipment - 4 weeks
- Small Castles - 6 weeks
- Large castles - 8 to 10 weeks
- Activity, combo units - 10-12 weeks
- Domes, Obstacle courses & slides - 10-12 weeks
- Completely bespoke products - 10-12 weeks
