DRAFT You have to be careful on this one and decide what you want to achieve.
We were £25 after 7 or overnight purely because we couldn't possibly collect everything in on-time anyway.
6am delivery start to say 2pm last delivery (gardens) so that's 8hrs.
Now 8hrs from collection from 6pm is 2am so it was almost impossible.
The overnight hires were a great capacity tool to allow us to get more out and earn more ££££ on a busy Saturday and then sweep up the mess on Sundays when capacity was lower.
The £25 was just cheap enough to get 30% to agree and make sure our vans were back in for 11/12pm.
We also used to only charge about £50 for the 2nd days hire Upto 5pm because again, the sweep up van couldn't collect them all in the AM anyway. If 30% again went for it, it was free cash.
Make sense?
But if your quiet anyway or need your stock back in for Sunday's then it's wants to be £50 as an inconvenience charge.
