As the festive season approaches, we’d like to take a moment to thank all our customers, partners, and friends for another fantastic year of support and loyalty.
Betterbounce will close for Christmas on Wednesday, 18th December and reopen on Sunday, 5th January, ready for an exciting new chapter ahead.
This year marks a major milestone for the company as Paige officially steps into the role of Managing Director after 14 years of loyal service. Paige has played a central role in the growth and success of Betterbounce and will continue to lead with the same energy, passion, and focus on customer satisfaction that define everything we do.
Alongside this transition, Sam will be acquiring the position of Finance and Technical Director, continuing to oversee the company’s operations, product development, and financial strategy — ensuring that Betterbounce remains innovative, efficient, and customer-driven in the years ahead.
Over the past 18 months, Lee has gradually stepped back from the day-to-day running of the business, reducing to just one day a week while supporting the handover. This Christmas, Lee will make that transition final, stepping away fully to focus on other projects and enjoy a well-earned retirement.
We sincerely hope Lee enjoys his 2026 adventures travelling the world — and we’re certain his presence will still be felt throughout the industry (and across various social media platforms) as he continues to stir up a bit of noise and keep everyone on their toes!
Lee’s vision, leadership, and determination have been the foundation of Betterbounce since the very beginning, and his influence will always remain part of who we are.
With Paige and Sam now leading the company forward, we remain fully committed to the same standards of quality, safety, and service that our customers have come to trust — with renewed energy, fresh ideas, and the same family-driven spirit at our core.
