As we head into 2026, I’m incredibly excited to officially step into the role of Managing Director here at Betterbounce.
After 14 amazing years growing with the company, I’m truly proud to be taking the lead and helping shape the next chapter of our journey. Betterbounce has always stood out for its creativity, quality, and commitment to our customers — values that will always remain at the heart of everything we do.
While I’ll be adding my own ideas and energy to how we do things, my goal isn’t to change who we are, but to build on what’s already made Betterbounce special — great designs, a smooth customer experience, and that personal touch that’s made us the trusted name we are today.
Lee’s influence will always be part of our story, and I’m grateful for the foundation he’s built over the years. With Sam now taking on the role of Finance and Technical Director, our focus as a team is simple: to keep delivering industry-leading products, expand our design innovation, and ensure every customer continues to have the best possible experience with us.
2026 is set to be a big year for us — new products, refreshed ideas, and a few exciting surprises already in the works. I can’t wait to share them with you.
