Ideal for bouncy castles and inflatables, our mats can be placed at the entrance or exit of your castles to provide a padded entrance or exit for your customers. We can customise the mats for you in any colour and we can also print on them at an additional cost. This could be your name, number and logo or safety instructions, you can specify exactly how you would like them to look. Our mats have also been used for Yoga, Gymnastics and many other applications.

How do I order?

Simply send your designs over on email. The size needs to be 1495mm x 815mm. The formats we accept are .AI, .PSD, .PNG. or high resolution PDF. We have basic illustrator skills to enable us to move logo's, change text, alter background colours ect but we are not graphic designers and are unable to hit specific pan tones or do create fully custom designs in house. If you require a more indepth design, Please contact us direct and we can put you in touch with a 3rd party designer.

Fees start from £30+vat. Please ensure you specify all details required on order and check ensure its all listed on your invoice before confirming.

Mat guidance:

Our mats are manufactured from one solid sheet of recon foam engineered to have an impact resistance suitable for a 1,000mm fall height @ 2" thick, making them ideal for bouncy castles where the maximum fall height is 630mm. The materials we use are the exact same grade we use in full-scale manufacture. Its UV stable so won't fade, 610gsm so has unbelievable strength & is treated with an anti-fungicidal solution to help keep them fresh for longer and easy to clean.

The only expense spared was the way it's put together. Our mats are sandwich style mats sewn externally for speed of manufacture. Internal mats are possible but are more time consuming and are more expensive as a result. The mats are manufactured in batches of 300 to bring the costs down through volume. We do not compromise on materials.

2" thick top quality foam machine cut so its the perfect size.

Approximate weight - 4500kg
Colour to be completely random unless specified.
Colour could be anything from Red, Yellow. Green, to Brown & White, Literally anything.
Approximate packing dimensions (L/W/H) - 1500mm x 900mm x 40mm.
Higher impact rating will reduce mat depth but overall results will remain the same.

All our products can be customised to meet your own requirements, providing they are not already manufactured and in stock. You are able to choose the colour of your products, Artwork theme and add your own logo or branding. We can also alter the sizes to suit your requirements. Whilst our products do come with some guidance, We must insist you are fully competent in the requirements of the HSE & have a full understanding of the operational elements of EN14960. Do NOT operate this equipment without the required training or competence levels.

Please be aware that in the absence of any legislation or guidance for items falling both inside and outside the scope of EN14960, We use snippets of EN14960, EN71, Other british standards, Risk Assessment, 25 years of manufacturing experience, accident data and other documentation to issue certifications. Weight limits also apply to all inflatables.

Please be aware that all our 2" mats are manufactured from a recon fleck material to give perfect impact attenuation. This fleck material contains darker and lighter colours which may show through lighter coloured or polished materials where the light cannot be blocked or refracted. If this presents an issue, please let us know in advance and we can substitute the foam for a different foam, However, the impact attenuation would be severely affected.
