This listing is for the sale of our premium quality 610 GSM bouncy castle PVC, complete with PVC printing with no laminates to the highest standards.

The Bouncy castle printing is available to the trade only. The print has been specially formulated to tackle the most harsh inflatable environments and has been developed over the past 7 years to achieve the specification is it today.

This PVC has been used in the manufacture of 1000's of Better Bounce units with the PVC finally meeting the independent inspection for M2, Allowing distribution in the EU.

All our PVC is supplied with test certification if required and meets the following technical specifications;

• Finish - Polished gloss pvc

• Extra strong tensile strength from a thick layflat weave.
• Loaded with plasticisers for an extra supply feel
• Loaded with UV Stabilisers
• Loaded with Anti Fungicides and anti mould additives
• Approximate packing weight - 1kg per meter
• Conforms to BS EN71-3, BS EN14960, BS EN 1176.
• Fully printed in Latex, UV or Solvent inks.
